One thousand nuts are expected to yield about 130kg of Desiccated Coconut. The removal of coconut husk; shell and skin are done manually or given the best of current technology are done semi-automatically.

The value of Desiccated Coconut lies at the fat content. Desiccated Coconut is categorized into full fat or reduced fat. Black Pepper

Black pepper is the world's most traded spice. The pepper vine thrives best in the tropics, in a moist, hot climate.

The richest growth is seen on fertile, flat or gently sloping land and in light shade. The products developed from pepper broadly fall into four groups:  black pepper, white pepper, green pepper and oil and oleoresin of pepper.

Originally, Black pepper is native to south India, and is extensively cultivated there and elsewhere in tropical regions. Currently Vietnam is the world's largest producer and exporter of pepper followed by Brazil, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and China.
